The Carey Rewards Club™ is a company-sponsored loyalty program available in the United States and Canada for users of Carey’s travel management website; CareyConnect.com. The Carey Rewards Club awards travel arrangers with Reward Points they earn and accrue on a per trip basis, not unlike an airline’s frequent flyer program. Reward Points are awarded according to a Point Matrix based on booking Carey Branded Service reservations through CareyConnect.com. Reward Points can be redeemed for a wide range of offerings from high-end travel services, top-brand merchandise, and merchant gift cards—providing travel arrangers with the freedom and flexibility to choose the rewards they really want.

The Carey Rewards Club is open to travel arrangers, executive administrators, travel agents, and anyone else who books Carey Branded Service, for others, through CareyConnect.com*.

Program Information

  • New Carey Rewards Club Members will be required to setup a login ID and password for CareyConnect.com before enrolling in The Carey Rewards Club.

  • Once enrolled, members will receive Reward Points for every Carey Branded Service reservation booked and fulfilled through CareyConnect.com.

  • Reward Points are awarded on a scaled system related to the Base Rate of the trip booked. Reward Points accumulate and may be redeemed for any reward listed in The Carey Rewards Club catalog for as little as 2500 Reward Points.

  • Reward Points are only awarded for Carey Branded Service reservations booked through CareyConnect.com. Telephone, fax, and GDS reservations are not eligible for Reward Points.

  • Reward Points expire one calendar year from the date they are issued. Reward Points that are not redeemed within the12-month time frame will expire and no longer be eligible for redemption.

  • Carey Rewards Club Members will receive monthly e-mail communications containing links that allow members to check their Reward Point balance, view account history, and receive opportunities to earn bonus points by participating in surveys, contests, promotions.

  • Carey Rewards Club Memberships will become deactivated if there are no online bookings on a member’s account for one calendar year, measured from the point of the last online booking recorded. If a membership becomes deactivated, all unredeemed Reward Points within said account will be removed and the membership account balance reduced to zero. This will not affect a member’s Carey account in any way other than removing that member from participating in The Carey Rewards Club.

  • Merchandise can only be awarded and redeemed based on Reward Points. Cash may not be substituted for reward points. The Carey Rewards have 90 days from the date of notification to redeem your Reward Points.

*Self-booking travelers enrolled in the Carey Rewards Club prior to 4/1/14 will continue to earn Reward Points for trips booked on Carey.com as well as the Carey Mobile App and can access the Carey Rewards Catalog via www.Carey.com.
